We understand that it states will take 3-5 days for shipping (for orders in California, USA). Please check FIRST if your order has PRE-ORDER items. We have some items that are preorder where we need to get a supply before we can ship them

How do I get FREE Shipping?

Free Shipping is only for USA residents. All international orders will have the shipping fee based on the location and weight of your order. Please note that some countries may collect taxes from you when you receive your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) if you are located in California. It may take 3-6 business days for orders outside of California. 


For international orders, it varies depending on your location. It can take up to 1-4 weeks. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s). You may also be required to pay import fees depending on your country. It is different from the DELIVERY FEE you paid on checkout.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  


If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!


If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. 


If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.   


We also offer insurance when you checkout so your package is protected. It is optional.

Are your products effective?

Generally, Yes. But it doesn't work the same for all. We have different skin types & conditions. Same as commercialized products endorsed by celebrities/influencers. It won't give you a 100% assurance. Please refer to feedbacks posted on our facebook page/instagram for your reference.


 Real user experiences & photos on our page are 100% volunteered without financial compensation. User result seen are not typical. They are a result of hard work and dedication. When it comes to skincare, consistency is the key.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

Yes, all of our products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor first. We also suggest to do a patch test before using any new skincare product.


 However, we cannot guarantee that you will have an allergic reaction since we have different skin types and conditions.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. 

Some products are available for pre-order. We highly suggest to avail that so you can be in line when our product arrives.
