How long does shipping take?

Please note that we have 3-5 days for processing your orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped.

Depending on your location

  • within California, it will take 2-3 business days.
  • outside of California, it will take 3-5 business days.
  • internationally, it will depend on courier you choose on checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a separate email with tracking information once shipped.

How much is shipping fee?

  • For USA Customers: FREE Shipping for orders $75 and above.
  • For International Customers: Shipping Fee will vary depending on weight of package and address destination. You can see the rates when you checkout.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules & regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs, you will be held responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

You may also be REQUIRED to pay IMPORT FEES depending on your country. It is different from the SHIPPING FEE you paid on checkout.

How do I return an item?

Sorry but we don't do returns or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE.

Ready to Order?

  1. Add the items you want to purchase in the cart.
  2. On checkout, you have the option for shipping.
  3. We accept Venmo/Zelle for USA customers; and Major Credit/Debit Cards.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation from us regarding your order.
  5. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address on checkout. We are not liable for any package loss due to incorrect address. If your package is sent back to us because of incorrect address, we will have to charge you for shipping to resend your package.

My Order Hasn't Shipped Yet

We have a processing time of 3-5 days. Also please check if your order has PRE-ORDERED items.

My Order Never Got To Me, What Do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn't happen. But if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we'll figure this out together!

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day- sit tight! Sometimes, the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn't been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
